My Story

Hi, I’m Sue.

I’m on a mission to help ambitious women like you reclaim their energy, confidence, and joy – without the burnout, guilt, or self-sacrifice.

I get it. Life as a mum, business owner, and everything in between can feel like a never-ending balancing act. At 40, as a mum of three, I had hit a wall. I was giving everything I had to my family and business, but I had nothing left for myself. My energy was depleted, my confidence had vanished, and I didn’t even recognise the woman I’d become or the body I saw in the mirror.

I remember feeling like I was on a hamster wheel, constantly running but never getting anywhere. I knew something had to change.

Determined to reconnect with myself, I started small. I moved more, nourished my body better, and began prioritising my well-being. While I did lose weight, the real transformation was so much bigger. My energy soared, my patience increased, and I started to feel clear-headed and confident again. I became the woman I had lost touch with. I was no longer just someone’s mum, I felt like Sue again!

Those simple and small changes I made were a game-changer – not just for my mind and body, but for my entire outlook on life. And I knew other women needed to experience this, too. I wanted to show them that it’s possible to feel good again, through simple, sustainable changes, and without sacrificing everything that matters to them.

So, I trained as a personal trainer and nutritionist, diving deep into the science of health, energy, and performance. 

Over time, I realised that true well-being isn’t just about fitness and food. It’s about how you live your life. It’s about the choices you make every day, the mindset you adopt, and the way you structure your time and energy. It’s about creating sustainable habits, strengthening boundaries, letting go of perfectionism and overwhelm, and stepping into a life where you feel empowered, energised, and fully yourself.

This is why I do what I do now.

I work with ambitious women who are tired of feeling stretched too thin. Women who know they need to prioritise themselves but struggle to follow through. Women who want success and fulfilment, but don’t want to run on empty to get there.
